Overview

Change an image's format: PNG, JPG, WEBP or PDF. Everything runs in your

browser — nothing is uploaded, and there is no account, watermark or usage

limit. You can drop in one file or a whole batch.

How to use

  1. Open Convert from the sidebar.
  2. Drop your images on the page, or click to browse for them.
  3. Pick the format you want under Convert to.
  4. For JPG, WEBP and PDF, set Quality — lower means a smaller file.
  5. Click Convert, then Download.

Once the conversion finishes, the Download button takes over as the main

action and a green bar tells you how many files are ready. Changing the format

or the quality after that clears the result, so you never download a file that

no longer matches the settings on screen.

Choosing a format

  • PNG — lossless and keeps transparency. The right pick for logos,

screenshots and anything with a cut-out background. Files are larger.

  • JPG — much smaller, no transparency. Best for photographs.
  • WEBP — usually the smallest of the three at the same visible quality, and

it keeps transparency. Supported by every current browser.

  • PDF — one page per image, sized to the picture. Useful for sending a

proof, printing, or attaching to something that will not take an image file.

Transparency

JPG and PDF cannot store transparency. When you convert to either one,

transparent areas are filled with white rather than turning black, which is

what some converters do.

Several files at once

Drop in as many images as you like. Each row shows a thumbnail, the original

size and the new size, with the percentage saved or added. Download gives

you a single file when there is one, or a ZIP when there are several.

Good to know

  • Accepts PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, AVIF and BMP.
  • Converting to PNG from a JPG will not restore detail the JPG already lost.
  • A PDF made from a photo is roughly the size of the JPG inside it.
  • To turn an image into vector shapes instead, use Image to SVG — that is a

trace, not a format change.
