By accessing or using the Waripixel Toolbox (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Waripixel provides free, browser-based color and image tools, and premium AI-powered image tools that consume tokens. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

3. Tokens & payment

  • Premium AI tools consume tokens. Tokens are sold in packs (e.g. 10 tokens for $10) and are a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
  • One token is consumed per successful image transformation. If a transformation fails for a technical reason on our side, the token for that request is automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4. AI output — no quality guarantee & no satisfaction refunds

The premium tools use third-party artificial-intelligence models. AI output is inherently variable and unpredictable. We provide these tools on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, suitability, or fitness of any generated result for any purpose.

Because results depend on AI models and your input, tokens that have been consumed by a completed transformation are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with the AI output. We recommend reviewing each result before relying on it. Tokens are only restored when a request fails for a technical reason on our side (see section 3).

By purchasing tokens and by submitting an image to a premium AI tool, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this policy. A completed transformation is a digital service that is delivered and consumed immediately; to the extent permitted by applicable law, you consent to immediate performance and waive any statutory "cooling-off" or withdrawal right for that consumed token. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

5. Your content & rights

  • You retain all rights to the images you upload and to your results.
  • You confirm you own or have the necessary rights to every image you upload, and that processing it does not infringe anyone's rights or any law.
  • You grant us a limited right to process your image solely to provide the requested result. We do not retain your images after processing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content; to violate others' privacy or rights; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waripixel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the tokens at issue.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
