This license is automatically granted to you upon purchasing any image from our collection. It’s designed to give you broad, straightforward rights to power your creative work.

The Permissions: Your Creative Dominion

Upon purchase, WariPixel grants you a perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide license to download, copy, modify, and use the acquired image(s). This is a one-time purchase for a lifetime of use. Your creative freedom includes:

  • Integrated Use: Incorporate your purchased images into any commercial or personal project—websites, marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and print materials. There are no limits on impressions or the scale of your projects.
  • Unlimited Duplication: Make as many copies as you need for your own use or for client work.
  • Creative Transformation: Edit, adapt, and build upon the images. Tweak the colors, combine elements, or layer them into your unique designs to perfectly match your vision.

The Boundaries: The Rules of Use

To protect the integrity of our service, your usage rights are governed by the following conditions:

  • No Standalone Sales: You cannot sell or distribute our images as standalone files or products where the image itself is the primary source of value. This includes selling the image as a print, digital download, poster, or on products like t-shirts or mugs without significant creative additions. The goal is to use our images within your creation, not to sell them as the creation.
  • No Competing Services: You may not compile, bundle, or otherwise use purchased WariPixel images to create a stock image platform, a competing service, or any similar image-sharing resource.
  • No Claim of Ownership: You are prohibited from claiming ownership of any image sourced from WariPixel, even after modification. This license grants you extensive usage rights, not ownership rights.

The Core Principle

Our mission is to fuel your masterpiece. Your one-time purchase gives you a perpetual license to use the image in nearly any way you can imagine, as long as it becomes part of a larger creative work. No further royalties or fees are ever required for its use.

In short: Purchase once. Create endlessly. Just don’t resell the purchased assets or claim them as your own.
